Bill began his career in the structural restoration industry as a representative for Construction Materials, a distributor of concrete repair and waterproofing products. During his time as a distributor’s representative he had the opportunity to work with many of the major suppliers, contractors and engineers within our industry.
In 1998, Bill caught the attention of R.L. James, Inc., where he became one of our
painting/restoration estimators. During his time with our company, he was responsible for the procurement and oversight of many varied projects from the Florida Panhandle to the Keys.
In 2004, Bill left the employment of R.L. James, Inc. on very good terms. He ventured out on his own to start a construction management company which specialized in new home construction and management of commercial restoration projects. By 2007, his business had grown into a General Contracting Company, becoming proficient in impact glass and wind mitigation technology.
We are happy to announce that Bill has re-joined the R.L. James team, representing our company in the Central/Northeast Florida Markets. His background in developing and managing structural restoration, waterproofing and impact glass projects will better enable us to serve our ever-growing clientele in North Florida.
