On August 13, 2004, the Company was thrust headlong into the midst of administering major hurricane cleanup and repairs by the arrival in Southwest Florida of Hurricane Charley.
Among the many projects that began as a result of Charley, we became involved in two very significant virtual rebuilding projects, one on Captiva Island that would encompass a group of eight different time-share complexes requiring almost a year and a half to rebuild, and another in Port Charlotte involving a condominium complex of a total of seven buildings plus other amenities that would be under reconstruction for over a year.
